  • Can I make a group booking?

    Yes of course,

    You can book a group (3 or more) by giving us a call at 0207 236 0392

  • What are treat points?

    At Jaxon, we make that a personal thank you.  For all appointments with us, you will be awarded treat points to redeem against monthly treats. You can see your treat point balance 24/7 on the App on your phone. The treats that are available to you will be displayed and can be redeemed when you book any other treatment.

    Treat Points cannot be awarded when appointments have been moved within 48 hours of the original appointment time. (Treat points will be deducted from your account at the time when appointments are cancelled or re-scheduled.)

  • What if I already have hard gels/ acrylics on my nails?

    We can not soak off acrylics, hard gels SNS, calgel or other hard gels.
