Dear Jaxon Friends,

I really do hope that this message finds you and your family, friends and colleagues well.

I must confess, when life started to change due to Covid-19, I was sent into a tailspin. My daily life consisted of routine, certainty and making plans – and that’s how I liked it. Covid-19 threw a spanner into every routine and plan I had in place for my family and business – and so much uncertainty still prevails.

Many of you have been with us since Jaxon was launched in 2016 with Amy at the helm and a dedicated behind the scenes business team, Jaxon has gained a well-earned reputation – one which we are proud of and one we would like to keep hold of. I thank you for your support in helping to shape us! Welcoming you to our salon and making you feel good is what makes us feel good. Here at Jaxon we have all reflected and whilst we can’t open our doors to you, we can open our hearts.

At Jaxon we don’t want to be seen to be doing the right thing – we want to do the right thing. The support small and large businesses are currently giving the NHS staff are heartwarming and at Jaxon we would like to extend that to a personal thank you.

While the NHS staff are working tirelessly to save lives right now we can be working towards a giving as many as possible a personal treat when we all emerge form the other side of coronavirus. That’s why Jaxon is launching it’s ‘from the clients’ campaign. Our doors may be closed but their is still much we do.

Imagine, with your contribution we can truly delight NHS staff with a soothing pedicure soak or a moisturising hand manicure. To spend time with NHS staff and hear their stories will be a rewarding and humble experience for us all.

How will NHS staff access the vouchers?
Perhaps you know someone who is working on the NHS front-line to combat coronavirus?

You can purchase a voucher for anyone on the NHS front-line.
Go to Jaxon shop and purchase the voucher amount you would like (you can buy more than one!)
Simply write their name in the comments section during the checkout process.
We will record their named voucher on our system.
We will email you confirmation and send your purchased vouchers in the post for you to pass on with your special message.

You can purchase a voucher for the love of any NHS staff member.
Go to Jaxon shop and purchase the voucher amount you would like (you can buy more than one!)
When the time is right (obviously now is not the right time) we will contact St Bartholomew’s Hospital and make the vouchers available.
St Bartholomew’s Hospital is the nearest City hospital and staff would be easily able to access Jaxon.
Before Covid-19 Jaxon was in discussion with St. Bartholomew’s regarding our therapists going into the hospital to give free manicure services to patients.

We would love to ‘partner-up’ recipients of the vouchers with contributors by booking treatments at the same time.
When Jaxon re-opens we will contact all of you who generously donate to our ‘from the clients’ campaign and ask if you would like to partner-up.

On behalf of myself and the team I extended a big and heartfelt thanks for being with us and when Covid-19 does pass we look forward to sharing our personal stories over a treatment/prosecco or two!
